How we support you
Our Mission
We work directly with young women of color who are evolving into adulthood and find it challenging. Our mentoring helps inspire them to develop into responsible and self-reliant women, while offering a safe and trusted environment along the way.
Adulting 101
Becoming an adult isn’t easy and requires a lot of patience and practice. The fear of being fully independent keeps many young women from taking on responsibilities after high school. Peer pressure and social media can also increase anxiety levels, which can decrease a successful launch into adulthood.
To no longer hinder young women of color, we developed a two-year mentor co-hort focusing on four key areas that will help set our mentees up for success. We provide the tools to actualize and maximize their greatness!
